5:45 – J. D. Moffat welcomes everyone to the 27th Annual Festival of Northern Lights Opening Night.

5:50 – 6:15 – The City Band

6:15 – 6:35 – Klash The Clown

6:35 – 6:55 – The Eighth Street Orchestra

6:55 – 7:00 – A few words from MPP Bill Walker

7:00 – 7:05 – A few words from Mayor Deb Haswell

7:05 – 7:10 – A few words from MP Larry Miller

Dedication: This year’s festival is dedicated to a long time volunteer, Marg Post, who passed away this year.

Just a reminder that if you are parking in any of the City parking lots that you will be required to pay up until 6 pm. Parking enforecement continues their patrols until this time and any vehicles that do not have a valid parking slip will be ticketed.
